Part time work

I hope to be studying in the UK next year at UCL (as freshman, international. got an offer). To top up my expenditures, I plan on taking up a part time job. Usually what are the jobs that students do? What did you do to support your financing?

Most students work in retail or hospitality- so essentially in pubs, bars, restaurants, cafes and shops.
