Who said it? World Leader edition [Quiz]

Welcome once again to...
The Procrastinate Inn!

This thread is part of the TSR Pub Quiz 2017

This quiz will be on Quotes from World Leaders

There are ten quotes from people who are, or have been, leaders of a country recognised by the UN during 2017, listed below. You have twelve hours to match them to the leader who said them.

1) "We believe a different and better world is possible. In proposing and inviting us to focus on prevention, preventative diplomacy, peaceful resolution of conflicts, peace building and sustaining peace"

2) "That's a big bird. Can I touch it?"

3) "I can assure you I didn't think for a single second that the confidence was restored as if by magic on the evening of May 7th. It will be slow, demanding but essential work."

4) "We don't want to put the clocks back this Sunday, but to put them forward"

5) "Brexit means Brexit"

6) "The laws of mathematics are all well and good, but the only laws that matter are the laws of [Our country]"

7) "Do you think we're only going to drive horse-drawn carts or tanks? No, we're no longer doing that"

8) "The Fourth Industrial Revolution is unfolding at an exponential rather than linear pace"

9) "I have recognised the right of any government to protect its borders as it deems necessary and convenient"

10) "I haven't yet visited Antartica, but one day I want to go there too because I've heard that penguins are also enthusiastic supporters of [Our country]"

I'll allow spelling errors so long as it's clear who you're trying to name (e.g. spelling Netanyahu wrong)
