I think topic 4 is the most important one and topic 1 including protein structure and fluid mosaic membrane.

Most probably topic 1( protein structure and fluid mosaic). I doubt they'd ask anything about topic2 since it's all related to heart and blood circulation which is completely different from what we're taking now in unit 4.
