The fact is that we need intelligent, hard-working and skilful people to lead the organisations that will ultimately shape the future.

Now, if a woman has those qualities, then she should be rewarded as equally as a man should be rewarded.

She shouldn't be given some kind of head start because she's a woman. Whats with all these female initiatives and clubs at university?

The first step of being treated equally is believing that you are equal; by starting all these ridiculous clubs and "female empowerment" projects, you're constantly reinforcing the fact that this is a man's world.

The fact you are threatened by it and the rest of your post is reason enough to show there is a lack of understanding about why the need exists in the first place.
