In what way is it becoming worse? (Everytime ive chipped a tooth a bit has come off and thats that)

Go to a dentist faster. Takes like 20 mins to fill/cap and your out of there and no pain required. Unless you've chipped very close to a nerve..but i doubt it or you'd be in alot of pain.

dont eat hard stuff and be careful how you bite

i had a chipped tooth and it was fine for liek 4 years - but if enough breaks off it can elad to sensitivity and on off pain.

find a dentist ASAP and see what they say.

i am assumin a small chip here - not oen in a position that will get worse and split open.

Try phoning NHS direct.

I'm not sure what it's like in England, although in Wales the NHS direct has a system of affiliated dentists - my girlfriend needed a filling, and they had found her a dentist within 24 hours (well, they given her the dentist's details - my girlfriend then rang around).
