'Hopefully see you tomorrow maybe!'
What does this mean?! A friend said this to me (a friend - nothing more!). Do they want to see me tomorrow or not?! (I am most confused with their use of 'maybe'!)
it means they want to, they just don't know if it will happen 
They basically mean they hope to see you tomorrow but only god knows what could happen tomorrow (there could be a zombie apocalypse) so they might not be able to make it!
I think they plan to die
