(fast help!!!)i cannot put 'pending' on my AS Level result

i have apparently took AS level exam this 2017 Oct/Nov... which means i haven't got my results yet. so on the 'Education' field on ucas application form i put all my AS Level subjects to Nov/2017 and grades as 'pending' but the point is i cannot do that. ans i donno why ughhhh......
does anyone knows abt this problem..?

I think you enter the date that you get the result ie. 2018

You have put the wrong date. You need to put the results date not the exam date.
