Hi I have been working full time for 2years now (i'm currently 22) following a period of illness. I am hoping to go to uni in September. I still live at home with parents. Does anyone have a clue if I would be entitled to anything funds wise? I personally don't think so but i'm not sure about any of the options, i'm getting myself a bit worked up on how i'm going to afford everything when i give up work but thought i'd ask here so i can get it clear in my head and then have a long hard (scary) look at my finances!!

Thanks xx

Your finance eligibility would likely be assessed on your parents income (since you're under 25 and not supported yourself for three years), but you would be eligible for finance, definitely

You're in the same boat as me - I too am under 25, and haven't supported myself for three years, so I'm not classed as 'independent'. You'll still get regular funding, though.
