Distracted by kpop

How do you guys revise without getting distracted? It’s so easy for me to procrastinate or find a video to watch...*sigh*

Apps such as Forest are really good to help you put your phone down! Try to isolate yourself somewhere quiet in the house, put all your electronics away and see if that helps
Try rewarding yourself by watching videos after you've done work. Get into the habit of doing so.

maybe try to think about the fact that they worked hella hard so you should do the same if you wanna achieve your dreams? at least this is what im doing when it comes to workout~
