A freshly squeezed glass of Orange Juice, a pint of milk or a can (330ml) of Diet Coke?

I tended to think that it would have been one of the first two, however, looking at the amount of sugar in them, i'm not too sure now....

Does the ommission of Sugar in Diet Coke make it more healthier, or is drinking the sugar in Milk/orange juice healthier than a fizzy drink with artificial sweeteners?

(I know that a glass of water trumps all of these health wise, however, I am lookig for occasional alternatives to water!)

depends on what else you have been eating
diet coke is more unhealthier than normal coke due to the presence of sorbitol, aspartame and the likes.
Cows milk is decently healthy, though it increases risk of bone fractures so is not the best option
orange juice is good because of the oranges, and natural sugars help too, but dont have too much of it as its very strong
orange juice is propably the best
