I recently went through a breakup (august) and I struggled with sleep and my appetite for a few months. I recently have found that my appetite has increased, though I have been able to sleep I wake up stupidly early every morning and often feel tired. I haven't been trying to lose weight, but have lost 2 stone since then along with eating a lot of rubbish. I was wondering whether it would be worth visiting a doctor just to see what is going on?
Thanks.
