Physics magnetic field and magnetic flux ALEVELS

this might sound dumb but i just dont understand why in some questions of EMF being induced, theres magnetic field lines being cut in the MS, while in others its magnetic flux linkage. is it important to write one of those? becausse im pretty sure those mean the same thing
yah same thing, you can say "magnetic flux lines being cut" or " Magnetic flux linkage changing" I think this 2nd one is safer btw, because Faraday's law! The formula directly translates to that, "change of flux linkage" as the denominator.
