We're just into the new year now, and I have no doubt many of us will be setting 'healthy eating' as a new year's resolution... but how healthy are you now? What's the main part of your diet you think you should change? :yum:

....it depends on your definition of healthy.

I eat pretty good. I’m allergic to fish so I’m lacking in my Omega 3’s ngl.

I am gonna start excercising so I can get this waist SNAAATCHEEDDDD and my booty looking RIGHT.

Oh great - I’mma snoop around and see what people’s review of them and decide properly.

You can always work out at home! I live in a freezing area and use FitnessBlender HIIT videos to workout. In between yoga and Pilates.

I'm relatively healthy. I think.

Plans for this year though:

- to go fully GF (slowly doing it, and on a student budget, it is hard)
- resume my gym plan
- use my waist trainer more. While I don't like using it every time I gym, I bought the damn thing, I should get my money's worth out of it.

While I would like to lose weight, it doesn't bother me if I don't. I'll just convert it to muscle instead.
