My yearly costs (I've made this my absolute maximum, as I actually live much cheaper but not many do):
Accommodation = £3000
Food = £700
Going out = £200
Course Equipment = £50
Transport = £50

You can cut down a lot if you need to though. I don't tend to spend anywhere near that, but that's my 'luxury' amount. Other people might consider that cutting back. Course equipment obviously depends what course you're doing, and transport depends where you are. Basic costs (accommodation, food, drink) also vary depending where you are.

I assume you mean personally?

I won't go into the specifics but it averaged around £60,000 when you consider accommodation, transport, food, course tuition and amongst many other numerous liabilities.
a year?? are you joking?? what shops to you shop at lol. For me the loans do fine (£3,000 tuition and £4000 own use) plus a part time job where I earn like £3000-£4000 a year. So all in all I spend around £10,000
