DMU Houses to rent

Hi all, I am looking to rent a house near DMU with my boyfriend next year. We're looking for a 1/2 bedroom house preferably with parking but i'm not too sure on the best estate agents to go through. Especially as I don't know what fees most of them charge and I would like something student friendly, not just your average estate agents. Any recommendations would be great.
