    I have 9 GCSEs and haven't been disadvantaged by that. To be honest, as long as you've got your 5 A*-C or equivalent, including maths and English, it doesn't matter.

    Yeah I'm doing 18 GCSEs, a bit above the average (most at my school do 15) - you'll need to start doing more. Plus I have already done 9 in year 10.
    My sister did 14 and she got rejected by Cambridge because she didn't do enough.

    For Oxbridge I'd say 8 is worth it.

    All the languages your taking probs made it 18 GCSE's! Your amazing at languages anyways so i dont think 18 gcse's will hurt that much xxx
