Ive applied for student finance and they asked me for soo many documents and i keep sending them documents its been very long and still not got it. I think i am gonna drop out because of them. They asked for eveidence 5 years of education in the uk from 2011- 2017 however i went highschool in the UK from 2012 and they said they need from 2011 so I them I used to claim tax credit and benifits with my familiy and I send them evidence of that but now they asks for comprehensive sickness insurnce which I havent got because i am not sick or made any insurnce got a month hope it sorts out otherwise i will get charged for my education from my university. I have made a compaint but they didnt reply back. At this point everytime I call them they just want to get rid of me. I ask them if i can speak to a manager and they say the manager is busy.
anyone having such difficulties with student finance?
Anyone know what I should do?

    Hi Murt123,

First, I would like to apologies, with regards to sending in evidence to show that you are 5 year resident in the UK, this evidence must clearly show that you have lived in the UK for 5 years if there is gaps in the dates on the evidence then Student Finance England will request more evidence for yourself, the evidence we will look for can be anything from the list below:

    Online printed council tax bills
Housing and council tax benefit letters
Letter from local council or housing association
    Utility bills
    P60 / Online printed E-P60
    Wage slips
    HMRC letters
    Child tax credits

    Child benefit
    Tax returns
    Tax calculations

    Original bank statements
Duplicate bank statements (must be stamped by bank)
    EDOSTAR statements
Internet printed bank statements (must be stamped by bank)
DWP letters, DLA letters, Jobcentre Centre Plus letters
    UK border agency letters
    Withdrawn/approved previous applications
    A4 wage slips
    Certified copies of documents

    ing:
If you still wish to speak to a team manager, you can call our contact center on 0300 100 0607 and one of our managers will be happy to help if not available then you will be offered a call back from the manager within 24 hours.
