Clearly this is now really a 2 person argument, in which I think both parties are making some valid points but at this point I'll just interject and say that while I know thomasjtl was using hyperbole sjuthani (ex-member) used to teach at a Jain school. He's Hindi. It didn't stop him from being a good teacher. Obviously it's a bit different but the point is that if the people running the school hadn't thought him suitable then they wouldn't have let him teach.
