How much do you have to pay for a parking permit at Cardiff University?

I've been looking at accommodation at Cardiff Uni, mainly Talybont North, and was wondering how much the parking permit costs.

To be honest, with the amount of traffic and lack of parking spaces in Cardiff, I wouldn't waste money on a parking permit. Everything is within walking distance and the buses and taxis here are very reasonably priced.
