The Student Room Group

I am looking for 18-40 year olds to complete my questionnaire.

For my undergraduate dissertation I am investigating the impact of different levels of social anxiety on attitudes towards, and participation in, physical activity.
If you are aged 18-40, or know anyone who is, I would really appreciate it if you could complete the survey linked below. It should take no longer than 15-20 minutes to complete.

Many thanks in advance!

I'm a Tyro writer for campus society and writing a piece on how menstrual disorders, e.g. endometriosis affect university students and also collecting different students opinions on the subject of painful periods and when it's "ok" to take a day off uni/work for them.
thank you so much
