I have a BTEC national diploma N/SVQ level 3 in Secretarial computer practice.
Would that be enough/sufficient to get me entry into a online university course, or which is the first course I need to undertake if im not accepted

An MSc is a postgraduate course - you would need to complete an undergraduate course first.
Have a look at the Open University for courses that interest you, including foundation modules to get you started.
