How to stop diarrhoea?

I'm sorry this may seem a bit tmi. But I ordered a munch box Indian takeaway last night and haven't slept at all because I've had the leaks allll night 🤢 how do i stop the diarrhoea? I don't want to go about the rest of my day like this (and no I don't have any Imodium tablets at hand)

I prefer to just expel as much as possible, so tend to more or less stop eating. That is not what the NHS says though.
You need to jeep rehyrdated.

If you have no medication (I dont believe I have ever used any) then you can make yourself an oral rehydration solution. Just sugar and salt. Note the NHS site suggests foods that can be the source of minerals.
