Maths help needed!

Hey don't know how to answer this help!!!


1 A fair dice shows a 5 or a 6 one in every three rolls, on average.
A real dice is thrown to see if it is a fair dice or not.
a State the null and alternative hypotheses, clearly defining the population parameter 
being tested. [3 marks]
b i For a large number of rolls, the critical values are 87 and 186
State the critical region. [1 mark]
