At the start of my business and management course I used my savings to pay for first year because I left it too late to apply for finance.

I'm at Royal Holloway so I'm wondering if there's a possibility of coming to an arrangement.

I am not sure that I am understanding your question correctly. You have nine months, from the start of the academic year to apply for support from Student Finance England.
