Wrong Degree Choice

I am currently studying a degree in biomedical sciences in the specialisation reproductive biology and think I’ve chosen the wrong degree. I do love this subject, particularly the pregnancy and development aspect, but was wondering if I’d be better suited as a midwife or an obgyn. Should I finish my current degree first and then do a second degree in either midwifery or medicine or drop out now? Also unsure which would be better to do a second degree in?
