Some universities will give out offers soon after receiving them and others will wait until most applications are in and then start allocating offers based on availability. I didn't apply to Bristol so I don't know what they do but it's nothing to worry about. The deadline to send offers is usually around early May so there's still plenty of time to hear from them.

I applied in October and got an offer around week later. I guess that depends on what course you have applied for. I wouldn't worry about it too much.
