AQA Computing Module 6

Hi, so basically I'm doing a driving school booking system for my project and I'm not too sure about how to produce a kind of graphical diary for it which contains the lesson times for all the pupils.

Need to write some VBA code for the program too (the systems being made in access by the way). Basically I just need smething that shows where all the students are during the week in a kind of a block like format. Anyone have any advice?
