Hi Laura,

I stayed in Gill Street South in my first year and loved it- the rooms are really modern, the kitchens are spacious and it is only a 2-minute walk to lectures (great for rolling out of bed at 9am!)

Byron is pretty much identical to Gill street south, it is just a bigger complex and slightly closer to university buildings.

Every accommodation offers unique characteristics, some have a more 'community feel' such as Sandby and Blenhheim whilst others are a little further out (such as the Maltings and Meridian court) but do offer a free bus pass

Let me know if you have any questions!

Chris
