Student loan help?

I’m in second semester of second year of uni but I am changing course and have received unconditional offers to begin in September. Im pretty miserable at the moment because of uni and I don’t want to complete the year, if i withdrew from uni right now would I have to pay back my student loans Ive taken out or will that happen only when I’m earning at least £21000?

(Bare in mind I am Scottish and my tuition fees are free)
