1. He's not just "someone" - he is a world leader. Someone in such a high position should know better than to directly insult a group of people in such a derogatory way. How would people react if he said the same to a specific state etc?
2. Not everyone in those countries practice "fgm" or stone women. That is an extreme generalisation.

The thing that annoys me about the reaction to this is that it's easy to see why most people would be offended by such a brash statement, however it seems that #ShitholeCountry is just Cherrypicking: The Hashtag
