Place yourself in situation that you feel bad about yourself.
For example, if you care so much about what people think about you, then go revise at library fast food shop.
If you are very hygienic, then dont bath or wash yourself at all until you finish your work.

It works for me at least.

make a to-do list, and put a couple stupid, easy task on there, such as 'brush hair', 'make lunch', etc, and then, put the tasks you need to get done on there (maybe starting from longest to shortest?). as you get the tasks done, tick them off, and, hopefully, you'll feel productive, and gain momentum, so that you complete all your tasks, eventually.
hope this helps, and good luck x

When I was in year 11 last year, for me I didn't really use a revision time table I just revised more on my weaker subjects and I just revised any subjects everyday...

    What are you afraid of?
Yes my strategy has a downside, it requires the user knows very well about themselves. May be you can do a personality test to know more about yourself.
