If I do three exams in the summer will it be too big a work load? I think I'll definitely have to resit the January exam, I've decided it will be worthwile to resit an AS module from last year, and the main exam in the summer...

The A level is 4 unit not 6, so doing 3 exams is like being examined for work covering 1 and a half years of study.

Too much?

aswell as 2 other A2 set of exams? its certainly managable others have done it and do more. Unluckily the material is completely different from AS to A2.

Nah not really tbh, I MIGHT re-sit if I don't get an A in unit 4, but it'll all be in my head anyway from all the revision I did, would just need to skim through notes.

Not too much a work load at all, depends on your notes though, my notes pwn.

But if you're doing AS resit too it might be a bit tough, depends how good you are at it.

It depends on how dedicated you are, how badly you want the grades and how much time you have to prepare for the exams. If you're sure you want to take 3 exams, you will have about 4 months to revise if you start now. That should be enough to cover 1 and 1/2 years of work. But really it's down to you to make the decision.

Lol, too many...

Thanks guys. I really want/ need that A to make my offer unconditional so I think I'll have to do the resit (i.e. 3 exams in the summer).

I'm confused. How long is each exam? I had to do three law exams in one sitting for A2. And lots of people do four or more subjects without much trouble.

Well altogether it'll be 5 1/2 hours with the three law exams. I'm guessing your A level law was 6 units? OCR law is 4 units so doing 3 units in the summer is like doing half an AS level as well as the whole A2 in the summer sitting.

Is that all in one sitting? I had about three and a half hours of law exams in one sitting and it was no problem.
