Amy has been arrested because they found Heroin in her property but she claims that it is not hers as she recently moved and could be someone else's.

Could she still be charged?

Any one know any case(s) to back up a statement like this?

I like the way Tufts was so helpful considering he evidently regards himself as an excellent Durham lawyer! But then a lawyer with ethics - that's asking too much!
