Psychology Visit Day

Heeeeey! Just got back from the psychology visit day, and just wondered what everyone else thought of it. I thought the psychology department seemed brilliant, and that woman was so enthusiastic!! The only thing that made me think twice about coming was when they took us 'round the accommodation. Eep!

What did you guys think? And where do you think it stands in your choice ranking?

The psychology department is one of the best departments as Essex, so no wonder you liked it. There is a huge variation in the type of accommodation at Essex, so whichever accommodation you saw is not respresentative of all there is to offer.
:ditto: though not as good as the biologyical :p:
chance are you saw south courts and/ one of the towers, but there more accom then that on offer
and the towers are immense even if they are a wee bit scabby
the time of your life in the towers

which not as good as having our department across from the su bar, and having the whole builting to our self and out own computer room

Yep, we went up one of the towers, but it felt really claustrophobic to me. I'm sure they must be fun accommodation to live in, but I couldn't cope with the tunnel-like corridors. So what accommodation are/were you guys in? And do you rate it over the towers?

accom i am in now is tawnet towers (the best tower) and love it i say a goog 10 9.5/10, its good fun you meet so many people as well
