Urgent tenancy takeover ( Kingston upon Thames)

in a studio room in the accommodation at Arbury Court, 173 Kingston Road, Kingston upon Thames, New Malden, KT3 3SS. I am looking for another student to take over my room and tenancy agreement for the remaining period of the contract, which is until 31 August 2018 as soon as possible.

The Silver studio is brand new barely used located on the second floor and actual price on website is £230 pw but because I have paid my 1st term so now it gonna be around £190 pw. Which is extremely cheap compare other.
It features a private ensuite shower room, double bed, study space and as complete kitchenette.
It is a great place for studying and socialising, studio itself a very well constructed room with plenty of space and storage.

All bills are inclusive including a 250mb internet speed. Other key features include an in house gym, cinema room, laundry room and games area (pool table, playstations etc). All of which are inclusive of the rent.
