Hi,
Is anyone able to help me understand the IRAC method a little better? I understand how it is used and what to include in each section but when I come to actually applying it I seem to struggle.
I'm currently doing a contract law assignment on implied and express terms and misrepresentation.
Do you start off by stating the issue as a whole as in "whether someone can bring a claim for whatever against someone else" and then pick it all apart from there. Or would you jump into "a contract was made between both parties, first of all someone would need to be advised what implied/express terms were involved in said contract"?
Any help would be massively appreciated x
