When does an Unconditinal If Firm Offer change?

Hi All,
After weeks of consideration, I have accepted my unconditional if firm offer for Kingston University. Does anyone know when the conditions of my offer will become unconditional on track? Is it a manual process or automatic and will the time vary for each university?

It’s a manual process.

Your deadline for doing this was in May. Universities don’t expect applicants to start firming choices until April. They’re very busy at the moment dealing with applications arriving. If it isn’t updated after a week or so then ring them up.
UPDATE: My offer was made unconditional on UCAS today
