Family law prenup help
Hi everyone my essay question is :
According to Radmacher v Granatino [2009] EWCA Civ 649 “The court should give effect to a nuptial agreement that is freely entered into by each party with a full appreciation of its implications unless in the circumstances prevailing it would not be fair to hold the parties to their agreement.”
Critically evaluate whether nuptial agreements are now legally binding.
Any help regarding what to cover in this question so far I have just mentioned the history of prenups and how it is now changed via case law and I am stuck on what else to discuss?
