2nd maintenance instalment.

Im sorting out to go on study leave but second semester already started and I received the maintenance instalment would I get to keep it or would I need to pay it back?

Hi DeveloperCSS,

The University will contact Student Finance to advise of your suspension and we will reassess your application for funding . If you suspended prior to Term 2 or before Term 2 has finished you will have been overpaid. Student Finance will contact you with regards to any loan overpayment that you will have for Term 2 .
You would have to arrange to pay any overpayment back immediately. Student Finance would contact you once your application has been reassessed and advised of the overpayment amount.
