You can make your own bloody salad for cheaper than that. Start buying ingredients and cook for yourself.
There's no need for salmon. Buy some rice and pasta. Don't buy brands.

I have a big bag of rice actually, any cheap ingredients I can use to make a meal with rice is very much appreciated

Where do you shop?

Sweden everything here is over priced and little variety, no wonder 99% of the people are depressed and wants to go on holiday every month.

Add some frozen veggies to it with a stock cube and you have a lovely risotto.

What?

There's barely any protein and nutrients in pasta and rice. Plus it's full of sugar!

At least with salmon you know you're getting key nutrients and protein.

Your diet must be horrible.:haughty:

Tastes really good. You can add frankfurter sausages cut up too and it gets really good. Or some diced chicken. Make sure you season it well too.

I have to take a bus to get to TESCO, it's like 20 minute walking distance from where I live.

I can't be bothered for all that, who walks 20 minutes to a supermarket.:colonhash:

Surely there's an Aldi/Asda/Lidl/Morrisons/Sainsbury's/Co-op near you though right? Would be very unusual for a neighbourhood to have only a Waitrose and/or Ocado, unless it was pretty upmarket/remote.

edit: also salmon is not that expensive from tesco, can get two fillets for under a fiver

That's cool, which part of Holland are you from?

Jewish people are okay I guess. They all look the same to me to be honest.

I live in South Woodford in East London, UK. I don't know if you know where that is though?

The vast majority are Jewish with at least 3 synagogues, it's probably the only area in London where you'll see only white people!

what on earth do jews have to do with this thread about budgeting ? lmao

Jeeze wtf, 10 krona is 90p, the tin of beans is only 20p in the UK lmao.
Its easily done, go to the reduced-price section in a supermarket everyday and buy your food. Theres so much to choose from. I remember doing that once when I only had £40 to get me through the week. I came home with massive trifles, microwave meals, tinned food, bread, bottles of coke, crisps, eclairs, everything.
i just had a delicious healthy salmon meal.... for £1.45 !!!!
