Should I take an online US high school diploma?

Hello! I found this website: http://www.illinoisonlinehighschool.org/ where you can study a full diploma for $640 (£461 equivalent).
As I want to study in the US and learn a variety of topics, should I do this instead of A-Levels?

No dude. Just NO. Do your A-Levels and also do the SAT if you want to study in the US
