Decorative arts interview at notts Trent uni

At the interview to show your art work, do you take actual sketch books or not? Or do you have to simplify work down? Do they want you to talk about the work or do they read your annotations ect? I've got an interview coming up and I'm very nervous 😐

Have a look at the NTU guidance on putting together your portfolio: https://www.ntu.ac.uk/study-and-courses/undergraduate/your-application/developing-a-creative-portfolio

And the specific guide for decorative arts https://www.ntu.ac.uk/__data/assets/pdf_file/0022/313645/Decorative-Arts.pdf
They want around 15 finished pieces of work and your last 2 sketchbooks, and background work for some of your favourite pieces, an essay and if you have a visual diary/scrap book that too.

It sounds like they'll look at your portfolio while you're off somewhere else on a tour and then they'll interview you when that's done.
