I'm in a bit of a situation; to prevent dispute between new housemates next year I've said I'll take the smallest room in the house, which has no real room remaining with a full sized bed in it (length). Therefore I've wagered with the landlord for him to provide a futon bed for my room.

I am in a situation now where I'm looking for decent futon/ sofa beds for the next year and would like some suggestions or recommendations for frames, materials, etc.? I'll have a regular guest staying with me in it so ideally suggestion for a futon to support at least 1 if not 2 average height adults.

we suggested that but the two girls who originally found the place then asked if myself and a mate wanted in, they had claimed they chose the rooms they wanted at the start and didn't feel that after their legwork to find the place that they should be burdened by the small room.
