Am I disadvantaged if I am not studying a subject for a course I want to do?

I am currently studying Biology, Chemsitry, Maths and Extended project. My dream is to go to UCL (University College, London) to study a MSci in neuroscience. I am aware that this would be a hard course to get onto but after not studying physcology I feel I may be disadvantaged, is that true?

Looking at the UCL webpage you have pretty much the ideal A level choices for the course. They don't mention psychology as a preferred subject (and it would be a really weird Neuroscience degree if they did). Perhaps you should look and see what the course covers and whether that interests you?

100% not. Neuroscience is primarily biology based with chemistry elements. Your A levels sound perfect.

yeah I looked over the modules and did a bit of research and phycology related topics kept coming up which was why I questioned it slightly, thanks for the response
