A level Maths Question Vector Help

V is the resultant of two velocities V1 and V2.
V1 3MS^-1 magnitude, 150 degrees direction anticlosewise from x direction.
v2 10MS^-1 and direction θ.
GIVEN that V has direction 90 degrees

Calculate
a) Value of θ
b) Magnitude of V

The answers are:
a) 74.9 degrees
b) 11.2
Both answers involve the sine rule.

However i have trouble drawing out the actual diagram and understanding the problem.
Please help thanks.
