Hi,

Does anybody know if they hold your feet down for the sit ups on the PJFT?

Yeah I don't mind. It was really good but I was nervous as well. The instructor will take your height, weight and Blood pressure first. Then you will need to do 2.4km in 11 minutes 11 seconds. The instructor sets 13.1 on the treadmill. 13.1 is the minimum speed you need to pass. Press ups and Sit ups next. Press ups, you have 1 minute in total but 20 is the minimum. Sit ups, you also have 1 minute in total but 35 is the minimum. I've been working and training for the last 12 months. You will be fine don't worry. What trade you going for ?

Having completed raf training i can tell that at raf halton they do hold your feet so basically it will be the sameAnymore questions about anything give us a mail.
