Imperial still haven't responded.

Hello, I applied to do mmath at imperial before the oxbridge deadline and still have not heard back from them. Does this imply that I have been rejected (as I did not do the MAT papers because I am planning on doing the STEP papers instead).

No it says nothing about whether your application has been successful or not. This is a busy period for them, be patient.
