I will apply for a scholarship in Bristol University, however I need to fill the UCAS ID text, I am Mexican and I didn't have any idea about this. Therefore, please, if you know how can I get an UCAS ID, please let me know it. Thank you all.

Have you already applied to Bristol via UCAS?

Which course was it?

Well, I'm filling all the necessary information, however there is a section where I need to write my UCAS ID, it's the only thing that I don't have and done. I'm applying to BA Modern Languages.

PS: I'm filling an scholarship application form

You've missed the deadline for university applications. It was 15th January.

Contact Bristol to see if they will accept a late application.

No, the deadline finish until 23 March.
This is the deadline part:

Deadline

We consider applications in two rounds.
  • The deadline for the first round is Friday 23 March.
  • The deadline for the second round is Friday 29 June.

If you submit your application by 23 March, you will be considered in the first round. If you are successful we aim to notify you by Friday 27 April.
If you submit your application after 23 March and by 29 June we will consider your application in the second round. If you are successful we aim to notify you by Friday 20 July.
Applications made after 29 June will not be considered for this scholarship.

That's the deadline for the scholarship.

But you have missed the main deadline to actually apply for the course itself. You have to get into the course to get the scholarship....

If they don't accept late applicants (which at Bristol is quite likely) your only choice is to wait and apply next cycle, ie before Jan 15th, 2019.

Oh my gosh, how do they suppose I knew that? bah, I'll apply the next year.

By the way, if I get into the course in January, I need to pay and study in that moment? I'm living in Mexico. My government told me I could apply for the scholarship without problems. Anyway I'll try to fix the problem. Thank you.

Contact Bristol first and check what the status is.

If you apply during the next UCAS application cycle (i.e Sept 2018 - Jan 2019), then you don't start at Bristol until Sept 2019 (assuming you get an Offer).

Fees etc all on the Bristol website.

As are links to UCAS deadlines....

See my edit above.

Also http://www.bristol.ac.uk/fees-funding/undergraduate/

However, you can't assume you will get the scholarship. Do you have alternative sources of funding.

UK universities are *very* parsimonious with regard to scholarships.

I would think you are more likely to be successful in the US.
