I’m looking at a Vauxhall Corsa that’s 2010 and is priced at 2225 which is quite good but it has got a mileage of 135000 is this to high
The mileage isn't as decent as it could be but 1350000 should be adequate. I would pay £2000 for that car.

It depends on its condition, i.e. the type of driving and the maintenance that was done.
it does seem a bit high.
What is the service history, condition of the car etc like?

Avoid a high mileage Corsa D like the plague, especially if it's a petrol
I wouldn't pay £2k for a 135k mileage Corsa, you'll spend more on getting work done very soon. To contrast, my Dad bought an 03 reg c-class for £1000 that needs £400~ of work done on it, although imo he's bought a time bomb, the last thing that went were the pistons. 80000 miles.

I actually just wouldn't buy a Corsa period - it's Russian roulette if you get a really stable one or not.
