Are past papers for AS level geography still any use?

I am with the exam board edexcel and have seen many AS past papers for AS level geography, however I am a bit confused, the past papers for the old spec look much different to the papers for the new AS, it even has different titles like "Hazards for the planet" or "Challenges for the Earth", are these old spec papers still any good for the new spec AS geography? I am doing Tectonics and Hazards, Landscapes and Coastal erosion for the physical and for human I am doing regenerating places and globalization.
